Before real estate, Michael spent 18 years with FedEx Express—including two years as a Station Manager—and four years as a General Manager of a high-volume sports bar. Drawn to real estate for its unlimited growth potential and the opportunity to build long-term wealth, Michael values the fact that success is earned through consistency, discipline, and effort—treating his business with the mindset of an owner, not an employee.

As a member of the Justin Ford Team, Michael is known for his strong communication, availability, and ability to truly listen to his clients’ needs. He takes pride in helping people achieve homeownership—especially those who once believed it wasn’t possible—and finds purpose in playing a role in life-changing moments. With experience as a Director of Inside Sales working alongside three of Michigan’s premier teams, Michael brings a relentless work ethic, personal accountability, and a constant drive to improve. Outside of real estate, he enjoys music, comic books and pop culture collectibles, staying active at the gym, and most importantly, spending time with his two sons.
